Successful Negotiations

Building on its debut success, the Network Purchasing Center returned in 2026 as one of MosHome’s most powerful business features.
Over three days, it hosted 877 negotiations between 100+ category buyers from leading federal and regional retail chains and marketplaces, and 400+ suppliers showcasing a diverse range of consumer goods.
The format generated outstanding results achieving 726 preliminary agreements and a total contract value exceeding USD 584 million, reaffirming MosHome’s position as a results-driven platform for direct, high-value business connections.

✓ Tailored commercial proposals prepared in three languages
✓ Negotiation training to help participants optimise deal-making
✓ Dedicated business guides and interpreters ensuring seamless communication
The programme’s remarkable efficiency was the result of a three-month preparation process on the Network Purchasing Center platform, enabling buyers and suppliers to arrive at MosHome fully prepared for productive, results-oriented negotiations.
Leading retailers and marketplaces took part in the 2026 Network Purchasing Center sessions, including OZON, MaksiDom, Familia, Wildberries, Komandor, Komus, First Furniture Hypermarket, Domovoy, Mebelik, Azbuka Vkusa, Svetofor, Yandex Market, and many others.
Their participation underscored MosHome’s growing reputation as a strategic sourcing platform where major retail chains and marketplaces connect with suppliers offering innovation, reliability, and value.

Building Lasting Business Relationships
Beyond on-site contracts, the format helps international suppliers establish long-term partnerships with leading retail groups and distributors.
Many exhibitors continue negotiations post-event, integrating their products into retail chains across Russia, Kazakhstan, and neighbouring CIS markets.
